Snowshoeing opens a new world of opportunities for activities in the winter.
Snowshoeing is one of the fastest growing winter sports. Trails are accessible to people of all skill levels.
Kick it up a notch and Break a trail on newly fallen snow. This is tiring (it may require up to 50% more energy than simply following behind) even on level terrain, and frequently in groups this work is shared among all participants.
Top places to snowshoe in the world (for inspiration)
Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming
Queenstown, New Zealand
Sierra Navada, Spain
Nevada County, Colorado
Cypress Mountain, British Columbia
